About the project:
The aim of this project is to identify and prioritize areas of need and of potential growth for non-profit community organizations, which are crucial to the spread and support of Advance Care Planning (ACP) in BC. The results of the project will help to inform provincial ACP initiatives in the coming years, making sure they align with the needs of these organizations and the communities they serve.
