All Together – Conversations to exchange best practices + explore new ideas
We are excited to be re-launching the ECHO Series: All Together Conversation to exchange best practices and explore new ideas. Building on the success of the 2022 symposium, this ECHO series is a continuation of the Centre’s efforts to help bridge the gap between the health system’s approach and the compassionate communities’ approach to palliative care.
Under the “All Together” banner, this ECHO series will educators invite connection, trust and innovation by bringing together community organizations, policymakers, volunteers, researchers, students, palliative care leaders, and clinicians through the ECHO platform. We have an exciting lineup of speakers and presenters for this fall and are planning sessions throughout 2024 leading to the next Symposium in October. [save the date].
This ECHO series aims to increase awareness of the Compassionate Communities concept, that is, helping people receive the right care, at the right place, at the right time, delivered by the right people. This inspiring series will connect you to tools, resources, ideas, innovations and a network of like-minded individuals who want to learn from and with each other.
