- Individuals, groups, and organizations that may not yet know about ACP

By the end of the session participants will:
- Have an increased awareness of the BC CPC, specifically ACP toolkits and resources and want to learn more
- Have thought about their own values, beliefs, and wishes for future health and personal care and therefore have a better understanding of what ACP is
- Be motivated to engage in ACP conversations
