Children’s hospice palliative care: it takes a village
October 13, 2020 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am PDT
In celebration of National Hospice Palliative Care day for Children 2020, the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association is inviting you to a fireside chat “Children’s hospice palliative care: it takes a village”.
Directly or indirectly, we all have a role to play in the interconnected networks of care required to deliver children’s hospice palliative care (“the village”). Whether you are new to the field or have years of experience, join us and bring your perspective to a discussion exploring the ways we can all work together to help short lives be amazing lives.
This fireside chat is hosted by Chris Vadeboncoeur, Medical Director, Palliative Care Program at CHEO and Roger Neilson House and Co-chair, Canadian Network of Palliative Care For Children (CNPCC) and presented by Dave Lysecki, Head of Quality of Life & Advanced Care at McMaster Children’s Hospital and the Division of Palliative Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, McMaster University
